If sources are to be believed, then the highly acclaimed and all time favourite classic 'Pathala Bhairavi' would be remade soon. Prestigious Suresh Productions Banner is planning to take up this project. It is learnt that noted producer Suresh has come forward to produce the film and would star young hero Rana Daggubati in the lead role.
Legendary actor NT Rama Rao starrer ‘Pathala Bhairavi’ released in 1951 was directed by Kadri Venkata Reddy. NT Rama Rao played the character ‘Thota Raamudu’ in it. The character has become so popular that even today the name is often used in Telugu movies. If things go as said above, Rana would be playing the role and would be considering himself lucky for doing such a character.
